The Professional's Choice Rope Gag - Smooth Snaffle Bit is the ideal tool for introducing leverage action and shoulder lift gently. It combines the pre-signal of the gag with the simplicity of a smooth snaffle, making it perfect for sensitive horses. Technical features: Mouthpiece: 2-piece jointed "Smooth Snaffle", 5 1/2" (14 cm), smooth and mild. Ideal for encouraging flexion and a response to poll pressure without excessive pressure on the tongue. Gag action: 5/16" lariat rope that slides extremely freely. It gives a "pre-signal" on the poll, encouraging the horse to give gradually before the pressure acts on the mouth. Rings (cheeks): 3 3/4" (9.5 cm).
