FLY AWAY SPRAY - 1L - NATURAL INSECT REPELLENT

FLY AWAY is a natural product based on a concentrated plant extract of Neem oil. It is used as an aid in protecting the skin from flies, mosquitoes and horseflies. Neem oil (Azadirachta Indica): the concentrated extract of Neem oil gives off vapours that deter and repel biting insects. Azadirachtin, nimbiolin, salannin and nimbin are the active terpenic limonoids in Neem oil; they act on the insects' neurohormonal system, interfering with the hormones neotenin and ecdysone. Geranium (Pelargonium Graveolens): geraniol is an aliphatic terpene alcohol found in many plant-derived essences. The active ingredient is geraniol essential oil, a substance similar to pyrethrum, which works by blocking the insects' respiration. Basil (Ocimum Basilicum): basil is a plant that mosquitoes find particularly unappealing thanks to the repellent substances in its leaves. These substances also have a soothing effect in the event of insect bites. Citronella (Cymbopogon Winterianus): citronella is a perennial evergreen herbaceous plant native to southern Asia. Its distinctive scent masks the attractive odours produced by humans and animals, making it harder for insects to locate them.
