Premises
These general terms and conditions, which are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), Section II Distance Contracts (Articles 50-67) and the regulations on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003), must be considered an essential and integral part of every supply from Dog Specialist (hereinafter also referred to simply as the "Company"), even if not specifically referenced in the individual order and unless expressly waived, and replace any conditions set by the buyer (hereinafter also referred to simply as the "Customer"). These terms and conditions may not be modified or waived without the express written approval of the Company.
1. Seller identification
1.1 Horse Specialist is a trademark owned by Agripool Pet SRL, located at Via Colombare di Castiglione 81/E - 25015 Desenzano del Garda - BS - Italy. VAT number 04487240980.
2. Object of the supply
2.1 The supply will include all those products that will be expressly chosen by the Customer within the online electronic catalogue and which will be faithfully reported in the electronic order;
2.2 The Products available for purchase online are items for dog training, including, for example: collars, leashes, harnesses, toys and training accessories, etc.; all Products are subject to availability. Horse Specialist reserves the right to change the limits on the quantities and/or types of goods that can be purchased online on the Site. The Customer will be notified if his or her order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of the ordered product.
3. Ordering methods and contract conclusion
3.1 To complete the order, the Customer must complete the electronic purchase procedure on the DogSpecialist.it website, following the instructions provided. The Customer must add the product to the "Shopping Cart" area and, after reviewing and accepting the shipping and packaging costs, as well as the General Terms and Conditions and the right of withdrawal, must select the desired payment method and choose the "Complete Purchase" option;
3.2 The contract will be concluded when the customer completes the guided purchase procedure on the dogspecialist.it website and following receipt of payment based on the various characteristics provided for by the activated payment methods.
3.3 By sending the order to Horse Specialist, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and that he fully accepts these General Conditions.
4. Selling price
4.1 Product prices are defined in the Horse Specialist online catalogue and are inclusive of VAT and any other taxes, excluding shipping and packaging costs;
4.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all transport, packaging and insurance costs will be borne by the Customer as reported in the wizard on the site;
5. Payment methods
5.1 Horse Specialist allows the Customer to pay the price of the products and the related shipping costs by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal:
▪ CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
Dog Specialist accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Carta Sì, PostePay, and prepaid cards. The transaction will be charged to the customer's credit card only after the card details and validity have been verified and authorization has been received from the card issuer.
▪ PAYMENTS WITH PAYPAL:
Payments via PayPal will be processed through your personal PayPal account.

As a reason for payment, please enter your name and surname as indicated when registering on Dogspecialist.it.
According to current banking practice, the transferred amount is credited to the beneficiary's account no earlier than 3-4 business days after the transfer is made. From the moment the order is placed on DogSpecialist.it, the selected goods are reserved by the customer until Dogspecialist.it receives the transfer. If payment is not received within 5-6 days of placing the order, the order will be automatically canceled. The goods will be shipped upon receipt of the transfer.
6. Transport, delivery and shipping costs
6.1 In the absence of specific indications, the Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address resulting from the personal details provided during registration;
6.2 Horse Specialist will issue an electronic invoice for shipped goods only if specifically requested by the customer, who must provide complete information (name, VAT number and/or tax code, unique code). No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.
For orders placed by private individuals without a VAT number, orders will be shipped with a receipt.
6.3 Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are clearly indicated on the order form. Unless otherwise expressly indicated, shipping costs for Italy will be calculated based on the destination and shipping method. For orders over €200, shipping will be free throughout Italy. There are some product categories for which free shipping is not applicable (detailed information is available on the product pages).
6.4 When placing the order, the customer can select the type of shipping that best suits his needs:
- Standard/Express Courier
Delivery will be made via standard or express courier. We do our best to prepare and ship all orders received and paid for by 12:00 PM; after this time, orders will be processed the next business day. This policy only applies to products in stock. If you purchase products with a longer shipping time (indicated on each product page), your order will be processed once all purchased items are available at our facility.

Goods can be collected every weekday from 9am to 12:15pm.
Cash on collection orders must be collected within five (5) business days from the date the online reservation is placed.
6.5 The customer must provide a shipping address and ensure that someone is available to collect the package; standard shipping does not allow for a specific delivery time; the courier does not deliver to the customer's floor. In the event of a failed delivery due to the recipient's absence or an incorrect or incomplete address, the shipping costs for the product will be borne by the customer and paid directly to the Express Courier representative upon delivery.
6.6 All purchases will be delivered to the Customer via courier. Orders will be processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Horse Specialist is not responsible for unforeseeable delays. Except in cases of force majeure, the Products will be delivered within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the day after the Customer placed the order with Horse Specialist.
6.7 For delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or a designated representative at the recipient's address indicated in the order is required. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document (DDT);
- that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials. Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or discrepancies in the number of packages or information, must be immediately reported by writing a reservation requesting inspection on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods;
6.8 If Horse Specialist is unable to deliver the ordered goods due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the Products, it will promptly notify the Customer, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days later, via email. Any amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible.
6.9 As soon as Horse Specialist delivers the goods to the courier, the Customer will receive an email confirming the departure.
7. Right of withdrawal, exchange of goods and complaints
7.1 Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products;
7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal or exchange of goods, the Customer must send a communication via the appropriate section of the website: Shipping and Returns.
7.3 In this case, the goods, in their original packaging, in excellent condition, and with the receipt, must be returned to Dog Specialist. The customer must pay the shipping costs, using an insured courier to track the shipment. Upon receipt of the returned goods, Dog Specialist will refund the customer up to the value of the items originally purchased, within the legal timeframe. In the event of item exchanges due to size or color changes, shipping costs (collection and delivery) will be borne by the customer. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Even for purchases with free shipping, if the return brings the order value below the free shipping threshold (€200), the standard shipping cost will be charged.
Regardless of the payment method you used, the refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the return.
The refund method depends on the payment method used. If you chose to pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery, you will be asked to provide your bank details to which the refund will be made.
7.4 In the event of any disputes, the Customer must inform the Company in writing, no later than 8 (eight) days after receiving the supply, of any incomplete deliveries or clearly identifiable defects, under penalty of forfeiture of the legal and contractual guarantees;
8. Limitation of liability and warranties
8.1 Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, Horse Specialist shall not be liable to the Customer under any circumstances as a result of:
- damage or loss caused by the products (or their use) by the Customer;
- damages that were not caused by breach of duty by Dog Specialist;
8.2 Within the limits specified above, Horse Specialist's liability may not exceed the price paid by the Customer for the product that caused the damage;
8.3 Horse Specialist sells high-quality products, for which any legal guarantees are provided directly by the manufacturers. The applicable legislation and the methods of applying the guarantee will be those indicated and highlighted by the manufacturer together with the product.
9. Provisions on Privacy and Personal Data Protection
9.1. When a new Customer places an order through the website www.dogspecialist.it, their data will be entered into a constantly updated database, which will subsequently allow us to better respond to the needs of the Customers themselves;
9.2. Data collection and processing are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act (GDPR 679/2016). The Customer has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form. The Customer also has the right to obtain the updating, rectification, or deletion of his or her personal data. The Customer also has the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data in the cases provided for by Article 7 of the Privacy Code, and the other rights established by the Privacy Code, by written communication to the Company.
10. Competence
10.1 The conditions of access to the Site are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian law;
10.2 For any action arising from or related to the conditions, navigation or use of the Site, the Court of Brescia will have jurisdiction.
