Return procedure:

The return must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

For logistical reasons, returns are not free.

This means that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

For this reason, we recommend carefully checking the size charts in the descriptions of products that vary in size or color.

Here's how to proceed:

1. Request the return form by emailing info@horse-specialist.it

2. If you have any questions or require further information, please email info@horse-specialist.it

3. Remember not to use or tamper with the product. Keep the labels and original packaging. If they are missing, we will no longer be able to accept returns.

4. Pack the product in the box it was delivered in or in any other packaging.

5. Ship with any carrier of your choice, the return cost is at your expense.

6. Wait for our communication. As soon as we receive the return, we will check it and make arrangements for the refund.

Note:

If the product you purchased appears defective or non-compliant, please contact us immediately and we will help you resolve the issue. We may ask you to send some photographs to help us analyze the source of the problem.

Returns and refund requests for tampered products will not be accepted, as it would be impossible to determine whether the malfunction is due to a manufacturing defect in the product or to incorrect use.

It is not possible to return products made to customer specifications.

Refund times and methods:

The product cost will be refunded once the goods have been returned to our warehouse and inspected. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Even if you purchased with free shipping, if the return brings the total order value below the free shipping threshold (€200), you will be charged the standard shipping cost.

Regardless of the payment method you used, the refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the return.

The refund method depends on the payment method used. If you chose to pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery, you will be asked to provide your bank details to which the refund will be made.

Right of withdrawal:

Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify us in advance by email (info@horse-specialist.it) indicating their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and specifying the Products in question, as well as the order number issued at the time of purchase.

In this case, the unused merchandise, in excellent condition, complete with original packaging and tags, must be returned to Dog Specialist, at the Customer's expense. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Dog Specialist will refund the Customer up to the value of the items originally purchased, within the legal timeframe.

In the event of any disputes, the Customer must inform the Company in writing, no later than 8 (eight) days after receiving the supply, of any incomplete deliveries or clearly identifiable defects, under penalty of forfeiture of the legal and contractual guarantees.
